We had sold our house unexpectedly quickly and were going to rent while we built or found another suitable property in the Mt Holly area. Fortunately for my family, Kingbridge Construction and Scott Morrison had just brought a new construction house to market. Needing a quick turnaround, Scott and his team expedited a few changes and were able to allow us close on time with no issues. Kingbridge construction continued to support us whenever we had questions or needed some help with minor repairs during our warranty period. In today's crazy housing market it is difficult to even get someone to call you back or follow up on a text message. Scott and his team always without question would follow up and provide a status update, even if something was delayed. That is fantastic customer service. We continue to enjoy our new home and are impressed with the detail and solid construction that Kingbridge construction and Scott Morrison have provided for our family. Scott and his team at Kingbridge construction continue to do a great job and I would not hesitate to entrust them with future projects for my friends and family.
